Recently I left the rig on receiving 7MHz FT8 by accident. Might as well make the most of it, and with a bit of messing you can extract all callsigns and locators you heard from pskreporter.info. A bit more messing and we can calculate the distance for each spot.

It's early february, so dusk is around 1600Z here, and if we plot median distance vs time, the transition from day when median distances are less than 750km and night when they're greater than 1250km is very clear. There's also a clear spike peaking at nearly 2000km from 1530-1630, might that be gray line?
